It's that time of year, yet again.
The Library has received a number of tax forms and publications. Forms are available on a first come first served basis and will not be held aside. While not required to provide tax forms, the Library has elected to do so as a public service to our community.
Library staff are unable to provide tax assistance, however...
AARP advisors will provide FREE tax consultation and tax preparation at the Library on:
- Tuesdays from 9:30 AM to 2 PM (February 1 through April 12) and on
- Thursdays from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM (February 3 through April 14)
Simply bring along a copy of your 2009 taxes and the necessary paperwork for 2010. A consultant will assist and prepare with you all tax forms required to file. This service is first come, first serve - you cannot schedule an appointment. AARP will also be providing assistance for the NH Property Tax Rebate on Tuesday May 3 & Tuesday May 10, from 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM.
